Through your use of this Service, we offer an online tutorial/instructional/information videos and test which, upon successful completion and the payment of the required fee for the issuance of the Certificate of Completion, will allow you to apply separately for a Virginia concealed carry permit.

No refunds will be issued for any other reason. All refunds render the associated Certificate of Completion invalid, null and void and you agree and promise to destroy all copies of the same upon receipt of any refund. You must provide proof of denial by the State of Virginia due to training provided by us to be eligible for the refund.
